About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support that helps the CFO manage priorities across the finance organization. You will serve as a trusted partner and key point of coordination across finance, executive leadership, and internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the CFO by managing schedules, communications, materials, meetings, travel, follow-through, and special projects with discretion and sound judgment. You will help improve day-to-day operating efficiency by anticipating needs, organizing information, and using technology and automation tools to streamline routine workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO.
- Strategically manage the CFO's complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and manage executive-level presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence for various meetings.
- Plan and facilitate Finance and leadership meetings, coordinating logistics and tracking action items.
- Serve as a professional liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure the CFO is prepared for effective decision-making.
- Support special projects, executive events, and process improvements for the CFO and Finance leadership.
- Partner with other executive assistants for alignment and coordination across senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-level administrative or executive support to senior executives.
- Experience supporting complex executive calendars, travel, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and executive communications.
- Experience preparing and refining executive-level presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong business judgment and ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and ensure follow-through.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
- Flexibility and availability to support the CFO outside standard business hours for time-sensitive matters.
- Prior experience supporting a CFO, Finance executive, or C-suite leader.
- Experience supporting a Finance organization, Board meetings, or investor meetings.
- Experience supporting executive operating rhythms, leadership meeting cadences, or offsites.
- Experience collaborating with other executive assistants.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
- Willingness to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools.

- Hourly Range: $52.88 - $67.31
- Compensation package (bonus target) determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data
