About the Role

MML Alliance seeks experienced Owner-Operators with box trucks for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across 48 states. We offer a profitable partnership with steady loads, strong back-office support, weekly pay, transparency, and no forced dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states.
• Choose your lanes with no forced dispatch.
• Manage routes discussed with your dispatcher.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Must be an Owner-Operator with a box truck.
• Must have a NON-CDL license.
• Must attend mandatory orientation (Monday-Thursday, starting at 9 a.m.).

Salary/Compensations

• Weekly gross potential: $5,500 – $8,000 on 3,000+ miles
• 88% of weekly gross revenue to owner-operator
• $1,000 bonus after 8 weeks of active driving
