About the Role

We are seeking a UX Researcher II to support fast-paced research initiatives focused on AI-powered legal product experiences. You will partner with a senior researcher while independently leading small-to-medium research projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand research questions and product goals
• Conduct rapid discovery and evaluative research to inform AI-powered product experiences
• Engage directly with customers and legal professionals to understand workflows, needs, and pain points
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear findings, insights, and recommendations
• Communicate research insights in ways that influence product and design decisions
• Work with designers and product teams to iterate and validate solutions
• Use AI-assisted tools to support research planning, synthesis, analysis, and insight communication

Requirements

• Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, or field research
• Ability to independently lead small-to-medium research projects
• Experience synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with survey or research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, or similar platforms
• Experience using Generative AI and emerging AI-enabled user experiences
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
