About the Role
We are seeking a UX Researcher II to support fast-paced research initiatives focused on AI-powered legal product experiences. You will partner with a senior researcher while independently leading small-to-medium research projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand research questions and product goals
- Conduct rapid discovery and evaluative research to inform AI-powered product experiences
- Engage directly with customers and legal professionals to understand workflows, needs, and pain points
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear findings, insights, and recommendations
- Communicate research insights in ways that influence product and design decisions
- Work with designers and product teams to iterate and validate solutions
- Use AI-assisted tools to support research planning, synthesis, analysis, and insight communication
Requirements
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, or field research
- Ability to independently lead small-to-medium research projects
- Experience synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with survey or research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, or similar platforms
- Experience using Generative AI and emerging AI-enabled user experiences
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
