About the Role

FanDuel Group is seeking a Growth Sr. Associate to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across Promotions, Email, Push, and SMS channels, working closely with the Growth Senior Manager to enhance the player experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sr Manager in executing lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Aid in building and organizing campaign creative assets, content, calendars, and documentation.
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy and readiness for deployment.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and support reporting efforts.
  • Assist with A/B test setup and tracking, identifying performance trends.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign updates and confirm deployments with stakeholders.
  • Help maintain campaign documentation and internal processes.
  • Support the Marketing team in competitive research and share findings.
  • Participate in team and vendor meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with email, push, in-app, or digital marketing channels preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rate, click rate).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge or interest in poker is preferred.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
