About the Role
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our San Francisco, Geary St location. The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and overcome objections.
- Develop client relationships beyond the initial transaction via phone, email, and written follow-up.
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
- Operate POS register and email systems.
- Safeguard store inventory by adhering to loss prevention programs.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Manage client book and clienteling.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
- Must be sales-driven, goal-oriented, and personable.
- Must possess a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Must be willing to initiate contact with customers and identify their shopping needs.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to use ladders or stairs.
