About the Role

This role is a critical marketing leadership position responsible for driving the adoption of NI products and solutions for automated test and measurement. The position involves executing outbound marketing activities and sales training, and leading a cross-functional team to develop and implement go-to-market plans for NI’s test system software portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a cross-functional team to develop a Go-to-Market plan for target application areas
  • Works alongside integrated marketing counterparts to define and execute plans for market awareness and demand generation
  • Is the single source of truth to represent the value proposition and differentiation for – synthesizing input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentors junior product marketers to develop skills and understanding of product & application differentiation
  • Leads development of both product and application level marketing content for automated test and decide customer-facing messaging
  • Creates content including demos, whitepapers, presentations, videos and more.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience (preference for engineering background in a technical marketing role)
  • Team leadership and management experience – with emphasis on developing new leaders
  • Software-savvy, with deep understanding of software business models, programming languages, and AI technology
  • Strong familiarity and belief in NI software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Flexlogger, etc.) and NI hardware platforms (PXI and cDAQ/cRIO)
  • Exceptional strategic/business acumen – with ability to lead through influence
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presenting
