About the Role

Canna Cabana is seeking dedicated and service-oriented sales associates (m/f/d) for full-time or part-time positions in Berlin-Mitte. We offer a high-quality product range and emphasize competent advice and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, competent, and service-oriented advice to customers.
• Actively sell and support customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Process cash register transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain merchandise, restock shelves, and present products attractively.
• Assist with inventory organization and stocktaking.
• Participate in sales promotions and product presentations.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and inviting store appearance.
• Adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and safety/hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the team and store management.

Requirements

• Ideally, some previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Friendly, open, and professional demeanor.
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Reliable, structured, and meticulous work approach.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Basic numerical understanding.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
