About the Role
Starting August 2026, this role based in Stuttgart or Berlin offers direct collaboration with the CEO and COO to lead strategic initiatives. You will act as a key advisor, operational driver, and communication link, gaining broad exposure to product, go-to-market, operations, and finance within an AI-driven SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, board prep, investor materials, and company narrative.
- Support the COO on company-wide planning, operating cadence, KPI systems, and scalable internal processes.
- Drive cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, including product launches, market entries, and operational improvements.
- Build structured analyses, business cases, and decision frameworks to inform key business decisions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, then establish systems to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare strategic insights and reporting for leadership and team alignment.
- Contribute to fostering company culture across Stuttgart and Berlin hubs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or equivalent high-performance environment.
- Sharp analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
- Excellent communicator skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders and articulating data-driven insights.
- Strong commercial instinct and curiosity about B2B SaaS business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and switch context effectively.
- Hands-on operator mindset with a focus on clarity, ownership, and momentum.
- Must be based in Stuttgart or Berlin.
