About the Role

As the first point of contact for staff and visitors in the Toronto offices, you will welcome and assist clients, and oversee daily office operations. This role also involves providing virtual receptionist support to the Candiac, Québec Warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient, effective, and professional service to all clients.
  • Create a positively memorable experience for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain the reception area to be immaculately well-presented and managed.
  • Ensure proactive management of boardrooms and meetings, including scheduling and catering.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Public Relations and Training, on ad hoc requests and projects.
  • Serve as the go-to person for general queries and company knowledge.
  • Execute tasks such as booking FedEx requests, ordering products, and ensuring building safety and security.
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Requirements

  • Mandatory bilingualism in French and English.
  • Approachable, kind, and client-oriented demeanor.

  • Ability to work methodically and follow or create processes.
  • Capacity to remain calm when plans change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
