About the Role
Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
- Perform warehouse duties as required.
- Undertake any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
