About the Role

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise. Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Must be in good standing at time of payout for sign-on bonus.
• Eligibility for sign-on bonus applies to job offers made from 01/01/2026-06/30/2026.

Salary/Compensations

• $21.43 - $24.95 per hour
• Up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met
• Average of $30,725 per year in total compensation for 20-24 hours per week
