About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at WIN, you will be responsible for showcasing our brands, projects, and ideas to the right target audiences, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You have a passion for social media, understand trends before they go viral, and know how to build brands authentically.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of social media strategies for the personal account of our founder & CEO, Cate Wind
• Development and implementation of social media strategies for the agency account of WIN CREATING IMAGES
• Focus on high-quality LinkedIn content in the areas of business, branding, entrepreneurship, and creativity
• Support with Instagram & TikTok content
• Planning, idea development, and content production in collaboration with the team
• Support with shootings, Reels & video recordings
• Development of creative formats that combine reach and personality
• Understanding and actively using trends, algorithms & viral formats
• Editorial planning & regular publication of content
• Support in building a strong personal brand for our CEO
• Bringing more personality & behind-the-scenes content to our agency presence

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Manager or in Content Creation
• Very good understanding of LinkedIn and business content
• Knowledge of what content works on LinkedIn and how to build reach there
• Experience with Instagram & TikTok
• A feel for trends, storytelling, and viral content
• Creativity, initiative, and organizational talent
• A good sense for aesthetics, branding & modern social media
• Ideally, experience with Personal Branding
