About the Role

As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Responsibilities

  • Train team members on sales techniques and product features for strong customer support.
  • Welcome customers, assist with product selection, and explain product features (quality, materials, technical features).
  • Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
  • Ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales goals.
  • Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals.
  • Mobilize the team and foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence, pride, and belonging.
  • Implement company vision, mission, and brand culture, sharing them with the team.
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.
  • Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, training, and sourcing candidates.
  • Manage team member absences and lateness.
  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms with team support.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Reflect the brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base.
  • Assist with planning incoming orders and efficient visual display setup.
  • Maintain store and backstore appearance and cleanliness.
  • Analyze and share sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports with the team.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Apply head office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
  • Appreciation for lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
  • Natural leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Sociable, good communicator, and strong team player.
  • Ability to listen to customer and team needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achievement through teamwork.
  • Proactive and conscientious.
  • Desire for a challenging career.
  • Availability to work holidays and extended hours during busy periods.
