About the Role

We are looking for someone to bring our content to life, implement formats, manage platforms, and build a growing and connected community with us.

Responsibilities

  • Editing Reels, matchday content, and serial formats
  • Supporting shoots, filming, and creative productions
  • Contributing to visual language, storytelling, and content ideas
  • Observing and adapting trends and new formats
  • Publishing and community management on our platforms
  • Supporting the further development of our social media strategy
  • Building and maintaining an active, engaged community
  • Creating small analyses and reports on content performance
  • On-site matchday support: live content, stories, and behind-the-scenes
  • Accompanying events, shoots, and community activations
  • Flexibility regarding home match days and weekend work
  • Supporting editorial planning and content calendar maintenance
  • Assisting with small press and organizational tasks
  • Prospectively: vacation replacement in the content area

Requirements

  • Affinity for social media and understanding of platform effectiveness
  • Ability to work quickly, independently, and maintain quality
  • Strong creative and operational skills
  • A feel for trends, communities, and platform logic
  • Willingness to work on match days and weekends
  • Experience in content, social media, or video editing (job, internship, or personal projects)
  • Residency in Berlin or willingness to relocate to Berlin
