About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking junior event producer to support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, being responsible for third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of creative deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Support the Fever Originals team in developing new events, implementing new production formats, and ensuring Fever remains current with emerging technologies and solutions.
  • Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedules.
  • Assess and manage budgets of various scales in collaboration with project managers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of event deliverables.
  • Participate in marketing meetings to contribute creative ideas from a production perspective.
  • Manage multiple productions and help scale Fever Original IPs against team targets.
  • Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
  • Source and secure venues, required event permits, and meet insurance requirements.
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
  • Undertake domestic and international travel and work across time zones as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in live event and/or theatrical productions.
  • Strong communication skills are critical for success in this role.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Successful track record of production management of live events with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.
  • Operational experience combined with the ability to think strategically from a business perspective.
  • Passion for the entertainment/events industry.
  • Comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about creating compelling experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize multiple aspects of an event efficiently.
  • Innovative and solution-focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions.
  • Strong network of vendors and venues, with experience in permitting & insurance processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical production requirements and basic understanding of fabrication techniques.
  • Curious with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and able to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent collaboratively and be hands-on.
  • Ability to think strategically when faced with an event brief.
  • Willing to stay humble and learn, and work nimbly.
