About the Role
Provide exterior building services to various buildings in Toronto and the surrounding area, working individually or with a team. This role involves performing window cleaning, pressure cleaning, waterproofing, building repairs, maintenance, caulking, and metal cleaning on high-rise and low-rise buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, waterproofing, building repairs, maintenance, caulking, and metal cleaning.
- Work on high-rise and low-rise buildings using swing stages, bosun's chairs, hydraulic equipment, and ladders.
- Complete assigned tasks safely and on schedule.
- Maintain and inspect equipment.
- Set up equipment while meeting safety standards.
- Participate in daily operations and safety meetings.
- Interact with clients professionally.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform outdoor work.
- Demonstrate a positive, honest, hardworking, reliable, courteous, and respectful attitude.
