About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports the Studio Manager and Head Coach in daily business operations, staff development, and promoting a #Morelife theme for members. This role involves contributing to the success of a fast-paced fitness studio, building community relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Sales team to enhance studio effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and clean studio environment.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
  • Assist with the proper onboarding of all clients.
  • Ensure superior customer service.
  • Manage and participate in marketing events.
  • Motivate the Sales Associate team to achieve membership sales goals.
  • Provide oversight of the sales team.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training all studio staff.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals.
  • Measure key performance sales indicators, including package offerings, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and workout traffic.
  • Build relationships with members and the community to maintain and grow the member base.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree.
  • Functional computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 2 years of experience in a sales quota environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desire to lead employees and motivate teams.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer and employee situations.
  • Attend all relevant OTF training programs.
  • Recommended participation in 1-2 OTF classes per week to effectively describe workouts.
  • 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
