About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their Pharmacy Team. This role is crucial for ensuring patient safety and optimizing medication management within a state-of-the-art, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities
- Supports the development, validation, and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and related medication databases.
- Provides daily clinical pharmacy services for designated clinical areas.
- Ensures safe and secure medication management practices in clinical settings.
- Supports pharmacy and multidisciplinary staff in meeting medication-related educational needs.
- Participates in and supports innovation in medicines management.
Requirements
- Completion of a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Demonstrable competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery.
- Experience applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient requirements.
- Experience working in a hospital environment and on project-related work within this setting.
