About the Role
Lead bottling line operations, guiding and supporting team members to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. Provide direct supervision, training, direction, and positive leadership to staff, ensuring contracts are completed on time with emphasis on quality and safety. May assist with staff transportation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and direct assigned bottling line staff.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate work skills, behaviors, social interactions, job training techniques, and adherence to agency policies.
- Set up assigned jobs to specifications, identifying needs for fixtures or task breakdown to ensure quality and production rates.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventory.
- Perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
