About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activities that engage WGSN prospect accounts and existing clients. This is a highly organised, execution-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives on track by creating and managing trackers, spreadsheets, and timelines, and by supporting the logistics and administration of digital marketing campaigns as well as in-person and virtual events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain trackers, timelines, and campaign calendars to ensure activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned to objectives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting WGSN prospect accounts and existing clients.
  • Contribute to prospect marketing activity across the funnel, including supporting nurture journeys and lifecycle stages.
  • Assist with copywriting and the development of campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Provide end-to-end logistical and administrative support for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing activity and performance.
  • Track key performance indicators, support data analysis, and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide essential operational support to the marketing team, including raising POs, managing finance trackers, setting up vendors in internal systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns, including building emails and landing pages, uploading and managing data, and working within platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and best practice across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role within a B2B or trend-driven industry is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to support marketing activity aligned to different business areas, audiences, and client segments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing execution, including email marketing, content updates, or campaign coordination.
  • Confidence working with tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable managing administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining trackers, coordinating timelines, and supporting marketing processes.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track campaign performance and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
