Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to establish project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Perform schedule analysis, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
- Support project controls activities including forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule reporting.
- Analyze schedule impacts related to scope changes, procurement delays, and construction activities.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to leadership and client teams.
- Ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resource plans, and construction execution strategies.
- Support commissioning and turnover planning activities for mission-critical systems.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, progress reports, and schedule performance metrics.
- Work with Primavera P6 and other project controls tools to maintain schedule accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience developing and managing CPM schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.
Skills
- Experience working on hyperscale data center programs.
- Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles.
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools.
- Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

- $115,000 - $140,000 per year
