About the Role

Support the delivery of robust, accurate, and timely group financial reporting across Kepler Interactive. This role is central to the day-to-day execution of the Group's financial close, consolidation, and statutory reporting processes, while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, controls, and accounting policies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a timely and accurate month-end close process, working closely with studio finance teams to ensure group consolidation is completed without disrupting business deliverables.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of Group Financial Statements and Holding entity statutory accounts that are audit-ready and signed off within agreed timelines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for studio finance teams, building strong working relationships and ensuring consistent application of Group accounting policies.
  • Play an active role in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's consolidation system (Tagetik/ERP), enhancing efficiency and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of Group-wide accounting policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly documented, up to date, and consistently applied.
  • Support the Group Senior Finance Manager in delivering a high-quality audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
  • Be a reliable and responsive point of support for the UK holding entity, ensuring any ad hoc operational finance requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive the day-to-day execution of the Group's month-end close process, including intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and variance analysis.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for studio finance teams, reviewing their submissions and supporting them with local reporting challenges.
  • Draft Group Financial Statements and Holding entity statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the drafting and maintenance of Group-wide accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the Group.
  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Group-wide financial controls, identifying gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of the Group's consolidation system (ERP/Tagetik), identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Prepare audit schedules, respond to auditor queries, and support the Group Senior Finance Manager in managing the year-end audit process.
  • Provide operational finance support to the UK HQ on an ad hoc basis, including assistance with various projects.

Requirements

  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1-2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Experience in group reporting or consolidation, ideally within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge with working familiarity of IFRS.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach — comfortable with execution as well as problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across finance teams and studios.
