About the Role
The Senior Conversion Rate Specialist will drive the enhancement of the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business by improving conversion rates across digital platforms, focusing on optimizing user experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop a testing roadmap alongside the Experimentation Manager, ensuring customer outcomes align with regulatory obligations.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Complete test analysis and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
- Become a platform super user, independently developing tests and metrics.
- Monitor and analyze website and digital performance using web analytics and customer feedback tools.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and identify testing opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement user-friendly design principles.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and UX teams to execute the testing roadmap.
- Act as a key point of contact to gather requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with third parties to support the experimentation agenda.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversion optimization, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
- Evaluate competitor websites and benchmark performance to identify opportunities.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and translate concepts into clear written briefs and designs.

Skills
- Previous experience of designing and executing conversion optimisation tests
- Strong practical understanding of web technologies and HTML
- Familiarity with optimisation tools and platforms, preferably Webtrends Optimize and Optimizely
- Experience using data analytics tools, preferably Contentsquare and GA4
- Awareness and understanding of UX & CX design principles
- Experience working with web developers
- Competent in JavaScript and Google Tag Manager
- Advanced Excel skills
