About the Role
As a (Junior) Regional Sales Manager/ City Manager (m/f/d), you will be the face of our company in your region. You will build strategic networks, maintain relationships with stakeholders and business partners, and identify new business opportunities early on. Your task is to effectively position our products and services, drive projects forward, and strengthen our local presence.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing regional networks and further developing existing contacts
- Communication and negotiation with business partners
- Identification of business opportunities and high self-motivation to pursue them proactively
- Planning and execution of product presentations
- Organization and participation in events, conferences, and networking events
- Market analysis and derivation of sales measures
- Close cooperation with internal teams from Sales, Marketing, and Pricing
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration (e.g., with a focus on Sales/Marketing), Marketing & Sales Management, or a commercial apprenticeship with initial sales experience
- Initial practical experience in sales and in dealing with various stakeholders
- Clear and convincing communication skills, confident demeanor, and ideally initial experience in negotiations and presentations
- Enjoyment of networking and building new contacts as well as maintaining long-term relationships
- Ability to recognize opportunities and market potential and pursue them proactively; at the same time, work in a structured and organized manner
- Enjoy presenting content clearly, possess good analytical understanding, and are interested in marketing topics
- Empathy and ability to inspire people for topics and products
- Motivation, commitment, and willingness to participate in events and network meetings (occasionally outside of regular working hours)
