About the Role

LaSalle Global Solutions (GS) manages approximately US$13 billion in client capital, investing with local managers and operating partners globally. GS investments span the risk spectrum and are implemented through various vehicles including fund investments, co-investments, joint-ventures, and separate accounts. The team operates globally with employees in Chicago, New York, Baltimore, London, and Singapore, supported by LaSalle’s extensive specialists in Research & Strategy, Legal, HR, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Investor Relations. GS employs a fundamental approach to investment and a relative value approach to global portfolio construction, with a long-term investor perspective and a focus on thematic trends. While opportunities exist to invest in both equity and debt, and in listed markets (primarily REIT securities) alongside unlisted property and fund interests, this role specifically focuses on private equity real estate.

Responsibilities

Analyze real estate data at property, fund, portfolio, and market levels.
Manage the due diligence process for new investments.
Manage existing investments, including meeting with managers, conducting asset inspections, and updating buy/hold/sell analysis.
Assist Portfolio Managers with formulating mandate strategies and day-to-day client portfolio management.
Support Portfolio Managers with client presentations and meetings.
Contribute to and draft internal and external reporting.

Requirements

Approximately 6-7 years of experience.
Fluency in English and an additional European language is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the real estate investment industry.
Previous work experience in real estate, ideally with a finance or investment focus.
Intermediate Excel skills.
An analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
