About the Role
As a clinical application specialist, you will be the trusted point of contact for patients, nurses, and medical staff, providing training and support for the LifeVest® device. You will build, train, and certify external patient trainers, and maintain existing clinic relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring patients receive life-saving therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient training and instructions on the use of LifeVest®.
- Train nursing and clinical teams on-site, answer questions, and provide confidence in using the medical device.
- Build, train, and certify external patient trainers.
- Maintain existing clinic relationships and support new deployments.
- Handle organizational and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the field service team.
Requirements
- Medical, medical technology, or nursing background.
- First experience in the medical technology sector is ideal; knowledge of cardiology is a plus.
- Strong communication, openness, and sociability.
- Proactive approach to engaging with people.
- Service-oriented with commitment and positive charisma.
- Valid driver's license class B.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
