About the Role

This role combines deep platform expertise with being a trusted strategic partner for clients, focusing on strategy and ownership, executional excellence, client leadership, and paid team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Paid Social strategy on 5-6 clients, ensuring work aligns with broader commercial and brand goals.
  • Develop, deliver, and optimize channel plans and Paid Social Roadmaps tied to business and commercial goals.
  • Shape clients' growth roadmaps by proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
  • Own the day-to-day performance of clients, including structure, spend pacing, creative testing, and platform hygiene.
  • Implement tests and refine execution based on performance data, industry shifts, and platform innovation.
  • Drive best-in-class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.
  • Build trusted client partnerships by steering discussions, owning insights, and communicating clearly.
  • Serve as the client's go-to for Paid Social, balancing hands-on performance delivery with strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Social & Programmatic to execute the UK vision and product roadmap.
  • Partner with SEO, Brand, Paid Search, and other teams to deliver integrated performance.
  • Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, sharing knowledge and challenging thinking.
  • Potentially transition into a Team Lead of Paid Social role based on interest and skill set.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Paid Social experience, ideally from an agency environment.
  • Strategic mindset for eCommerce growth, understanding how channels and tactics work together.
  • Deep platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Calm, solutions-first approach to challenges and tight timelines.
  • Ability to become the go-to for clients, balancing hands-on performance delivery with strategic direction.
  • Confidence in presenting to clients and collaborating with teams.
  • Must include a cover letter with the application.
