About the Role
We are looking for a Systems Engineer (m/f/x) for Multidomain Directional Communications Development to join our expert team at our client in the radio and communications industry. We are excited to get to know you and work together with passion and team spirit on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.
Responsibilities
- Development and specification of system and subsystem architectures and corresponding designs in collaboration with systems engineers and specialists for operational scenarios, AESA antenna, and waveform development.
- Creation of use cases to support system requirements.
- Requirements management, including capturing, analyzing, validating, and tracking requirements.
- Modeling of system architecture at different levels and for various expansion stages.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the development and successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Support for the integration and validation of systems and components.
- Comprehensive documentation of system requirements and specifications.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in fields such as communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in systems engineering of complex technical systems (for junior roles, initial experience is sufficient).
- Knowledge of common systems engineering methods and tools such as MBSE, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, and Jama.
- Passion for and experience in adapting tools, along with proficient use of Excel.
- Knowledge of modern radio communication methods and/or safety requirements for flight certifications (e.g., DO178) are advantageous.
- Friendly and confident demeanor, with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
