About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and competent Security Systems Service Engineer to service security systems including Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems to relevant industry standards, utilizing exceptional technical industry knowledge. Ideally, you will have experience with or knowledge of IP-based networks and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Planned annual maintenance including reactive response.
• Managing your own time to ensure jobs are prioritized correctly.
• Correctly complete work reports and client recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Experience within the Electronic Security industry.
• Experience of IP based networks and security systems.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers.
• Experience of/and or knowledge of IP based networks and security systems.
• Undertake a basic or enhanced DBS check.
