About the Role
As a key member of the European Account Management team, you will excel at client management, including subscription renewals, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, addressing queries, providing demos, and completing administrative tasks. You will become an expert on the real estate market, subscriber base, and systems to become a successful individual account manager within a market-leading news, research, data analytics, and technology company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for subscriber account issues and queries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as generating subscriber usage reports, database cleanup, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Articulate the value of Green Street’s products by understanding client needs and demonstrating how solutions improve business processes and address gaps.
- Conduct consultative account mapping and regular client check-ins.
- Prepare for and conduct research to support assigned accounts.
- Become an expert on the Green Street product suite and client base.
- Manage subscription renewals to achieve account growth and revenue expansion targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions and business units to share ideas, best practices, and training.
- Deliver informative presentations confidently, both in-person and remotely.
- Ensure subscribers receive best-in-class customer service through proactive communication.
- Investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues in collaboration with the product management team.
- Provide feedback to the commercial team and inform clients of new product features and launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, coachable, with a great attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined, organized, and capable of managing one's own schedule.
- 2+ years of sales and account management experience in software, financial services, real estate technology, data analytics, or technology-driven B2B environments.
- Proven ability to engage clients strategically.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to client needs.
- Commercially driven approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outlook, Mailchimp, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Continental European languages is a valuable asset, but not required.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship.
