About the Role

Join Parloa in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you will be a core driver of customer success, value realization, and satisfaction for enterprise clients, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization with a consultative and customer-first approach. Responsibilities

Build strong, trust-based relationships and credibility across key stakeholders, representing Parloa as a reliable and value-driving partner.
Drive customer outcomes by building success plans, tracking KPIs, monitoring progress, and translating results into business insights.
Oversee implementations by managing cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure smooth, on-time go-lives.
Proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities across accounts, including new use cases and departments.
Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, growth mindset and eagerness to learn—comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
A genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience innovation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
