About the Role

We are looking for a professional to create specifications and perform quantity surveys for turnkey interior construction projects. This role involves analyzing tender, contract, and planning documents, preparing cost estimates, and evaluating subcontractor bids.

Responsibilities

• Independent creation of specifications and performance of quantity surveys in turnkey interior construction.
• Analysis and evaluation of tender, contract, and planning documents.
• Preparation of bid calculations.
• Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor bids.
• Further development and maintenance of the subcontractor network.
• Active participation in awarding and tendering procedures.
• Support for site and project management in change order management.
• Close collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in costing for interior or building construction; experience in operational execution is an advantage.
• Experience with costing software (iTWO) and MS Office.
• Technical understanding of finishing trades and construction processes.
• Structured and economically oriented way of working.
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
