About the Role
We are looking for a professional to create specifications and perform quantity surveys for turnkey interior construction projects. This role involves analyzing tender, contract, and planning documents, preparing cost estimates, and evaluating subcontractor bids.
Responsibilities
- Independent creation of specifications and performance of quantity surveys in turnkey interior construction.
- Analysis and evaluation of tender, contract, and planning documents.
- Preparation of bid calculations.
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor bids.
- Further development and maintenance of the subcontractor network.
- Active participation in awarding and tendering procedures.
- Support for site and project management in change order management.
- Close collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in costing for interior or building construction; experience in operational execution is an advantage.
- Experience with costing software (iTWO) and MS Office.
- Technical understanding of finishing trades and construction processes.
- Structured and economically oriented way of working.
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
