About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage, activate, retain, and support renewals of crucial club partner relationships. This role involves overseeing key partnerships, including a principal partner, and leading a team to ensure partners maximize the value of their agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class partnerships, ensuring agreements are planned, executed, and evaluated to the highest standards.
  • Inspire and motivate a team, identifying learning and development opportunities.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to activate rights and assets for each partner.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of partners to create and drive programs that deliver commercial value and drive renewals.
  • Support budget management with the senior management group.
  • Act as a key liaison across the club, collaborating with colleagues and leading club-wide projects.
  • Evolve partnership management capability by identifying challenges and improving processes.
  • Collaborate with the measurement and insights team to produce detailed reports for partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in partner, account, or project management with a track record of delivering exceptional service levels.
  • Inspiring and trusted leadership experience, passionate about motivating, coaching, and developing a team.
  • In-depth understanding of brand marketing with experience developing and executing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Proven background in developing partner strategies, leading brand campaigns and projects, and managing/implementing partnership programs.
  • Well-versed in handling brand approvals and guardianship.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-focused approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and dynamic communicator skilled in building impactful relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
