About the Role
The Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions Graduate Program (24 months) equips graduates with real-world experience and structured training to support advanced cardiac electrophysiology technologies during procedures. You will learn to provide technical and clinical support, solve problems, and troubleshoot in real-time alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support for Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation Solutions technology during cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
- Support Cardiac Ablation Solutions team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing requirements.
- Support cardiac ablation electrophysiology procedures alongside a qualified Clinical Specialist or Territory Manager until ready to support independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical, Cardiac Physiology, Exercise Physiology or Health Sciences.
- Keen interest in medical technology.
- Comfortable learning complex technical information quickly.
- Strong aptitude for technology.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.
- Customer focused with the ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service.
- Solutions focused with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new skills and ideas quickly and assimilate complex information.
- Results-oriented with good organisation and time-management skills.
