As a Brand Manager (Shopper Market), you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following areas: When they learn about our product, When they choose to buy the product, and When they use the product at home. Working in brand management at Procter & Gamble means being more than just a marketer; it means being a total business owner. We need someone who is dedicated and can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following areas: When they learn about our product, When they choose to buy the product, When they use the product at home.
- Guiding the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
- Working regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights.
- Executing marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.
- Developing and implementing impactful shopper marketing strategies that influence purchase decisions at the point of sale.
- Leading the creation and delivery of retail activation plans that connect sales, marketing, and retail partners to drive category and brand growth.
- Overseeing retailer media strategy and online activation plan.
- Leading end-to-end activation.
- Leading a mix of Shopper Marketing and Brand Management projects.
- Developing and executing shopper marketing initiatives across various retail channels.
- Translating brand strategies into compelling in-store and online activations.
- Deriving insights from data to enable brand leaders to set the direction for brand growth.
Requirements
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Resident
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Ideally 2-5 years’ work experience
- Proven experience in Shopper Marketing and Brand Management, demonstrating an understanding of the path to purchase.
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable shopper insights.
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth through effective marketing and shopper activation strategies.
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities, collaborating effectively with sales teams and retail partners.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
