About the Role

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of Bar drinks/Coffee as well as information regarding preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.
• Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order.
• Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of Bar drinks/Coffee and specialty drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in other areas of the department as needed.
• Prepare and serve a selection of Bar drinks or Coffee from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Drive innovation and creativity in all outlets guest touch points.
• Keep and Maintain par levels.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years bartending/barista or related work is preferred.
