About the Role
As a Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead the x15 Delivery Pathway (xDP) framework, partnering with ventures to enhance delivery predictability, prioritization, governance, and execution. This role focuses on scaling delivery maturity while balancing speed, risk, compliance, and strategic alignment across a portfolio of innovative businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the x15 Delivery Pathway (xDP) framework.
- Act as the subject matter expert for delivery processes, practices, tools, risks, and controls.
- Ensure alignment with Group Delivery, Product, and Risk-in-Change policies.
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
- Establish and maintain delivery governance and reporting.
- Automate reporting to improve visibility across ventures.
- Proactively identify and manage delivery risks.
- Support initiatives to align with venture strategy and OKRs.
- Partner with ventures to improve prioritization and execution discipline.
- Support complex or high-risk delivery initiatives.
- Coach teams on delivery methodologies and ways of working.
- Provide procurement, commercial, and contract management expertise.
Requirements
- Strong experience in delivery leadership, program management, transformation, or operational performance roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to drive delivery maturity and operational improvement.
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
- Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience designing delivery workflows, governance models, and reporting automation.
