About the Role

This role involves independently processing payroll for a defined group of employees from A to Z using SAP. You will be responsible for your own projects to drive the company forward, conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, and support audits. You will also serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding labor, social security, and wage tax law, and manage time management.

Requirements

• Solid practical experience in operational payroll with SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of time management processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge in the settlement of company pensioners is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
• Confident handling of SAP HCM and ideally other SAP modules and MS Office.
• High level of commitment, teamwork, and independent, structured, and reliable work style.
